LaDanian Tomlinson is retiring as a Charger, signing a one day contract with his former team before riding off into the San Diego sunset. Actually, that would mean riding off into the ocean, which is probably not smart, unless he's on some sort of mythical amphibious horse, which would be awesome, but we digress. LT will always be a Jet too, however, as he plans on keeping his NY team logo tattooed on his calf. He plans on adding "2010-2011" underneath, a fitting tribute to the team that overpaid for an aging running back, and…we're kidding of course. NY salutes you, LT, for the time you spent here, and the excitement you provided the fans.

Zayn Malik has inked an image of a microphone on his forearm. The One Direction singer has a number of tattoos, none of which have made being a member of One Direction any less lame, though you have to admire him for trying.

Rihanna has gotten a new tattoo. It's an image of an Egyptian-style falcon on her right ankle in the shape of a gun. "Falcon: a light that shines in the darkness! Never close their eyes during sleep," she tweeted, along with a pic of the new design.

Tattoo art is aparently exploding in popularity among the youth of India, according to a report from The Times of India, rapidly replacing an old practice called "godna" which involved burning the skin with a needle. Mythical images from Hindu legend are popular, as well as letters and symbols from their alphabet and culture.
